Dionysus: my main research codebase. It's a C++ library with various algorithms for computing persistent homology. There are also Python bindings for some parts of the library. Artemis: a lightweight distributed issue tracking extension for Mercurial. pyANN: are Python bindings for David Mount's ANN library. DIY: data-parallel library that supports both (distributed and shared-memory) parallel and out-of-core execution. Tess2: parallel Delaunay tessellation library. Henson: cooperative multitasking for in situ processing. hg-subtree: a Mercurial extension to store and update subrepositories inside the main repository Dionysus 2: the second incarnation of Dionysus. Reeber: a library for shared- and distributed-memory parallel computation of merge trees LowFive: a data transport layer based on the HDF5 data model, for in situ workflows Saturn: plain-text Python notebooks with checkpointing
