Dionysus:my main research codebase. It's a C++ library with various algorithms for computing persistent homology. There are also Python bindings for some parts of the library.
Artemis:a lightweight distributed issue tracking extension for Mercurial.
pyANN:are Python bindings for David Mount's ANN library.
DIY:data-parallel library that supports both (distributed and shared-memory) parallel and out-of-core execution.
Tess2:parallel Delaunay tessellation library.
Henson:cooperative multitasking for in situ processing.
hg-subtree:a Mercurial extension to store and update subrepositories inside the main repository
